By purchasing any product or service from Epic AI Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided Epic AI Media provides digital marketing services including Facebook page audits, content strategy, short-form video creation, and branding support. All services are delivered electronically.
2. Payments All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work will not begin until payment has been received. All prices are listed in USD.
3. Project Timelines Estimated turnaround times are provided within each service description. Timelines begin once:
- Payment is received
- All required client materials have been submitted
Delays in receiving required materials may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
4. Revisions Each service includes a defined scope as outlined in the product or service description. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees. Revisions do not include complete redesigns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund Policy Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun. No refunds will be issued after initial work, audit delivery, or content creation has started.
6. Intellectual Property Upon final delivery and full payment, the client receives usage rights to the completed project. Epic AI Media retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, and any materials required for service completion. Epic AI Media is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
8. Limitation of Liability Epic AI Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. All services are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific business results.
9. Modifications Epic AI Media reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
