Refund & Cancellation Policy

Epic AI Media provides digital marketing services, including Facebook page audits, content strategy, and custom creative work. All services are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not available after any of the following have occurred:

• Service work has started
• An audit, draft, or strategy has been delivered
• Final content or recommendations have been provided

If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Revisions

We are committed to delivering high-quality results. Services that include revisions will follow the scope outlined in the selected package. Additional requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.

By purchasing any service from Epic AI Media, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
